Never got my refund. Don't buy online from them!
I received my package on 29.11.22 and requested the return almost immediately. UPS returned the package to Calzedonia (I have a confirmation of that) on 12.12.22. Today is 06.02.23 It's been two months and I still haven't got my refund. I've tried to contact them by email and online chat support. NO REPLY. It never happened to me with other brands. This is so frustrating. I won't buy from this brand online ever again.

Terrible Quality and Overall Service
I used to order their 'leather look' leggings few years back quite regularly and would wear them religiously. I decided to give them a go again this year and what a mistake that was. I used to wear S but I have gained some weight since I last ordered, so decided to go for a Medium. Kid you not I could probably fit my boyfriend in them as well as myself. Quality is more of a bin bag than anything else. I needed them for an event so kept a pair but they keep falling of my bum and I had to constantly pull them up. Not a good look.
Customer service also shocking, leggings took 2 weeks to arrive, the answer to my question 'how long will it be' took 3 days to arrive and it was 'due to being shipped from Italy'. Really? You're on a UK market for years and you ship all the items individually from Italy? Italian fashion is known to be of good quality, which I cannot say about these products. Do not waste your money and time and shop elsewhere.

Scam when changing
The products themselves are quite good material wise, but sizes are not synchronized within the same model and same color. The shop in Forum Gdansk were nice when I was shopping, but very rude, arrogant, and scammed me to pay more when i changed to a cheaper leggings, the shop-manager was quite threatening and furious in her attitude so I just paid to get rid of her. Flexing that attitude easily on people, a guard in prison would suit her more as profession than working as a service in a nice mall.
Never shopping there ever again..

Worst Customer Service.
I went to the store to buy a product, they didn't have my size, they ordered for me to be received in the store, that never happened, obviously i haven't received, i went 3 times to pick up the order and nobody knows what happen with the order, and they can not cancel or give the refund because they have to do an investigation and check what's the reason that the order never get to the store.. they don't want to give me my money back until they find out what happens.. its not my fault and i have nothing to do with this situation. in top of that when i went to the store that i placed the order (Aventura) one of the employee told me in a bad way that they can't do anything and i have to call and solve the problem over the phone.. NOBODY is solving this and they taking the money from the customers.

Deliveries lost and refunds non-existent or incomplete.
I had to write a number of times in the autumn to get Calzedonia to refund over £250 from an order that got lost and was not found. If I had not been so persistent they would not have refunded me.
But now, having given them another chance to get things right, I ordered five sets of leggings. I returned all five as they were far too big, but Calzedonia have refunded me for 4 items only. Without any explanation they have withheld £35.99 and tell me the refund is complete!
They used to be a good company but have now deteriorated as has the quality of their products.
I intend to persist in trying to get a refund in full on this occasion but will not buy from them again.
I advise others not to waste their money!

Missing item - no refund, no reply from customer service!
I ordered four pairs of knee highs and one of the packs only had one sock in. I've contacted customer service numerous times and they are now ignoring me. I paid for four pairs and only received 3 1/2 - terrible service!
Scam. Fraud.
Scam. Fraudulent company. They will steal money from your bank account.
Ordered on the 2nd of December, "dispatched" on the 8th. Contacted 9 times. Still no parcel still no refund. Which means stealing.
Bad return policy!
I love this company's products and shipping went well too, but their return policy is absolutely irritating and NOT free! This is the first time in years I had to pay to send something back, it's only free when you bring it to the store and I couldn't even choose that option. I now have to pay 2.95€ to have a courier pick it up at my place! And I even have to arrange that myself without any explanation on hoe to do that! Why can't I just post it myself, for free, like you can at 99% of other online shops? I'm very disappointed and will not order from them again.

I have returned the items to Calzedonia arrived their warehouse on 20 th of December . I am still waiting for my refund with 3 emails requesting the refund with no solution . This is worst online purchase experience !!!!

Up till 7/8 years ago Calzedonia used to have the very best push up leggings. Then they changed the material and the leggings became horrible. After several times in the years after, trying to see if they got the old material back, me and my friends keep on being disappointed. So a very bad buy. Reputation based on former quality.

Spent £17 on 1 pair of tights which the shop assistant recommended to me. They broke within one wear! Awful quality, waste of money. Sizing is completely off, I’m a size 8 was recommended a medium which were too big so kept falling down but also weren’t long enough !? And ripped and the seam. Will not be wasting anymore money for the poor quality

I ordered on the 3rd of January it is now the 12th of January and they randomly decided to cancel order - saying it can’t be shipped??!
Nonsense! All the items I ordered are now gone - terrible customer service. Will never order from this company!! They are not set up to deal with online presence yet - stay clear.

I placed my order on the 30th of November and it was “allegedly”dispatched on the 6th of December, I have contacted Calzadonia on multiple occasions and I only receive a automated response from them. I haven’t received my order nor have they bothered to get back to my emails.
I don’t understand how this company is in business still! I’m sick of seeing influencers promoting them, false advertising!!
Please be aware before buying anything from this company!

This brand needs to reconsider their policies, when taking no responsibility for it's faulty products is their only way to go. Instead blaming the customer for not picking the right size, making up hypothetical scenarios, while bad quality reviews are all over the place.
Scam
I bought two items in October exactly on 15/10/2022, the items were sent to a random address in a different city which I never have lived there. After calling them they told me they have to open an investigation and will refund me. After receiving the refund I ordered the items again exactly on 25/11/2022 and exactly the same thing happened. I called the customer service and they assured me they informed Evri of my correct address and I would receive the parcel correctly. It was not true, after over a month I am still chasing the items or a refund. Not recommend to buy with Calzedonia. Poor customer service.
